ORDER

An application was filed in I.A.No.253 of 2017 in O.S.No.18 of 2009 to appoint Advocate Commissioner to note down the physical features of the suit schedule mentioned properties. In the present suit, the Advocate Commissioner was appointed in I.A.No.92 of 2009 and he submitted a detailed report on 13.11.2010 and on 28.01.2012. The learned Judge has recorded the suit is ripe for trial and, further noted that it is a suit only for permanent injunction. Until and unless, the report is scrapped, appointment of a fresh Advocate Commissioner for the very same property does not arise. Consequently, C.R.P.No.2784 of 2019 stands dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
