PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to provide suitable Police Protection to the petitioner and his family based on the representation dated 12.01.2021 to the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to provide suitable Police Protection to the petitioner and his family based on the representation dated 12.01.2021, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he had obtained a decree in respect of the immovable properties. With respect to the same, the respondents 4 and 5 are trying to make interference to the properties. Hence, he seeks for police protection.

3. I am of the view that having obtained a decree and judgment in his favour, the petitioner is entitled to enforce the decree as per law. Without doing so, the direction sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted in this writ petition.
