Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent to register the case and to take necessary action against the accused persons in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.11.2015.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police to register a case on the complaint dated 15.11.2015, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 15.11.2015, given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted by the respondent-Police and the same was closed on 21.11.2015. 4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
