ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 364A of IPC @ 147, 148, 364A and 324 of I.P.C in Crime No.695 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submit that in this case, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in P.R.C No.50 of 2021 before the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. He would further submit that this court may direct the petitioner/accused to appear before the trial court and file an appropriate petition to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the question of granting anticipatory bail does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court and file an appropriate petition to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
