Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to direct the Tambaram Commissioner to direct the investigation officer AWPS, Selaiyur to recover evidences as stated in Crl.MP. 2267/2024 dated 29.11.2024 pending before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram and restrain the accused friend Vishnu and accused father Abdul Sathar from threatening the victim that they will publish the photo/video on Social Media Platform ; and send them to the relatives and friends of the victim connected in the FIR No.18/2024 dated 31.08.2024 as per the complaint dated 24.07.2024 given by the petitioner. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Commissioner of Police, Tambaram, to direct the Investigating Officer, AWPS, Selaiyur, to recover evidences as stated in Crl.M.P.2267 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024, which is pending before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram and restrain the accused friend Vishnu and accused father Abdul Sathar from threatening the victim with the publication of certain photos/videos on Social Media Platform and from sending the same to the relatives and friends of the victim connected with the FIR No.18 of 2024 dated 31.08.2024, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.07.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt

of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
