ORDER
The petitioner was an employee of State Express Transport Corporation. The petitioner on attaining the age of superannuation retired on 30 April 2014. The first respondent passed an order permitting the petitioner to retire on 30 April 2014. It is the grievance of the petitioner that not withstanding the said order, his terminal benefits were not settled. The petitioner is therefore before this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State Express Transport Corporation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 21 July 2014 in the light of the order dated 30 April 2014 on the file of the first respondent. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The writ petition is allowed to the extent indicated above. No costs.
