This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 23.12.2015.
2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the records.
3. On the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.888 of 2015 against one Jayakumar. Similarly Jayakumar has lodged a complaint against the petitioner, based on which a petition enquiry was conducted by the respondent police. On 15.03.2016, the complaint had been closed and a copy of the closure report is furnished before this Court.

4. This Court perused the complaint dated 23.12.2015 and on a reading of the same the dispute essentially appears to be between the tenant and the landlord which is being given a criminal colour.
Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
