(through video conference) Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that the Petitioner has received all her entitlements from the First Respondent in full satisfaction of her claim for Provident Fund made in the Writ Petition and he has filed a memo to that effect through e-mail dated 22.07.2020, which is placed on record. It is also informed that the Petitioner and the Third and Fourth Respondents have entered into a deed of compromise dated 31.10.2019 for sharing the terminal benefits and other dues from the employer of Late S. Sayed Asheem, apart from certain other monetary claims and a copy of the same has been produced. In view of the aforesaid subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. 2.
