This application is filed to bring on record the respondents 1 to 5 herein as legal representatives of the deceased second respondent.

2. The dispute is between the partners of the partnership firm. The respondents in this application have no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed by directing that the legal heirs be brought on record as respondents 15 to 19 in O.A.No.1120 of 2016. Consequently, the applicant is directed to carry out the amendments in the cause title of the application on or before 06.12.2022 and serve a copy of the amended application on the other parties within a week thereafter.
