Earlier, this Court by an order dated 10.07.2020, directed the Committal Magistrate to complete the proceedings within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since warrants are pending against some of the accused, the case against them has been split up, and hence, the learned jurisdictional Magistrate seeks one more month for completing the committal proceedings.

Considering the facts and circumstances, time already granted by this Court is extended for a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
