This petition has been filed to relax the condition that 'the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every first saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders' in Crl.M.P.No.1214 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28939 of 2024 dated 29.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet also filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 3 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1214 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28939 of 2024 dated 29.01.2025 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 21-04-2025 skr
