2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in this matter and this may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
