Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st Respondent in his proceedings Mu.Mu.No.000414/A3/09 dated 31.01.2009 and quash the same, and direct the Respondents to permit the petitioner to continue in service as Tamil Pandit till the end of academic year i.e. 31.05.2009 in the 2nd Respondent School with all consequential benefits. The relief sought for in this writ petition is in relation to the extension of services of the writ petitioner till the academic year. Now, after a lapse of about eight years, the services cannot be extended, since the writ petitioner, even at the time of filing of the writ petition, was aged about 59 years and currently, he would be aged about 67 years. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Thus, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
