3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.11 of 2015 is pending.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to expeditiously conduct the investigation and take action in accordance with law.
