Prayer in W.P.No.2238 of 2015: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Declaration, declaration that the impugned notice styled as Summon served on the petitioner by the respondents 3 to 5 as illegal, null and void and further direct the respondents 1 to 3 to furnish the petitioner a No Dues certificate with regard to the loan sanctioned to him by them on 03.01.1984 and direct the respondents to pay the petitioner a compensation of Rs.5,00,000/- for the damages suffered by him.
