The learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo stating that the second respondent in S.A.No.161 of 2017 and the first respondent in S.A.No.162 of 2017 namely K.Chandrasekar died on 19.01.2019 leaving behind his wife Nagamma and daughter Jyothi. The said Nagamma also died on 15.04.2021. Therefore, as on today, the only legal representative of deceased K.Chandrasekar is his daughter Jyothi. She is already on record as first respondent in S.A.No.161 of 2017 and second respondent in Second Appeal in S.A.No.162 of 2017.
2. The memo filed by the learned counsel for the appellant dated 16.11.2023 is recorded and the first respondent in S.A.No.161 of 2017 is recorded as legal representatives of deceased second respondent K.Chandrasekar. Likewise, the second respondent in S.A.No.162 of 2017 is recorded as legal representatives of deceased first respondent K.Chandrasekar. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

3. In view of the order passed in the memo filed by the learned counsel for the appellant, CMP.Nos.8562 & 8565 of 2022 are closed as unnecessary.
