This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 143 days to represent the CMA against the judgment and decree dated 17.04.2023 and made in M.A.C.T.O.P.No.5608 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, IV Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the records.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 143 days is condoned.
