O R D E R
The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the appeal dated 14.09.2016, within a stipulated time.
2. The writ petitioner is working as a Computer Assistant in the third respondent's Co-operative bank. The right of promotion was denied to the writ petitioner and in this regard, she has preferred an appeal to the second respondent in her representations dated 14.09.2016 and on 25.05.2017. The Competent Authority viz.,Joint Registrar, Salem Urban https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Co.operative Banks Ltd.,Salem, to decide the claim of the writ petitioner under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operatives Act.
3. Thus, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner dated 14.09.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition, stands disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
