O R D E R
With consent of both sides, this Writ Petition has been taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the second and third respondents to provide permission to conduct the "Manjuveerattu Maadu Viddum Function" (Bull running function) programs on 05.04.2025, from about 6.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. at Sri Genkaiyamman and Veeran Kovil Temple, existing at Pillayar Kovil Veethi, situated in Madhura Puthur, Kaniyambadi Post, Vellore Taluk, Vellore District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2025.
3. On receipt of the said application, the third respondent conducted an enquiry and issued a No Objection Certificate for granting permission to conduct the Manjuveerattu "Maadu Viddum Function" (Bull 2/5
running function) to be held on 05.04.2025, from 7.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m., with certain conditions.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, though the third respondent issued the No Objection Certificate and also recommended granting permission to conduct the Manjuveerattu "Maadu Viddum Function" (Bull running function), the time fixed by the third respondent was only from 7.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m., instead of from 6.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

In view of the above, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Vellore, is directed to issue permission, as recommended by the third respondent dated 06.03.2025, to conduct the Manjuveerattu "Maadu Viddum Function" (Bull running function) on 05.04.2025. It is made clear that the Revenue Divisional Officer is also directed to give permission from 6.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. for the Manjuveerattu "Maadu Viddum Function" (Bull running function) to be held on 05.04.2025.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petitions is disposed of. No costs.
