This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 06.30 p.m., until further orders; which was imposed upon by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1641 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1641 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025 is relaxed.
