ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] Seeking production of the detenue - Bhavani @ Thamizharasi, aged about 23 years, the father of the detenue has filed the present habeas corpus petition.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue appeared before the respondent, has stated that she is not in illegal custody and she does not wants to join with the petitioner. The petitioner as well as other family members were also present.
