O R D E R

This matter had been referred for mediation. Based on a Joint Memo of Compromise, filed by the petitioners and the respondents 1 and 2, the parties have settled the matter. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, in terms of the

Joint Memo of Compromise. The Memo of Compromise shall form part of this order. Consequently, the connected M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.

2. In view of the fact that a decree has to be passed in O.S.No.30 of 2007 on the file of II Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, in terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise, entered into between the parties, Registry is directed to forward a copy of this order to II Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, for passing the decree.

3. This Court put a suggestion to the learned counsel for the parties to voluntarily come forward to make contribution to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Court. Accordingly, the learned counsel, on instructions from the parties, have volunteered to make contribution and left the amount, to be fixed by this Court. In such view of the matter, both the parties, namely, the petitioners and the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- each side to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Court, within a period of three weeks.
