This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.17828 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.NO.26383 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.17828 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.NO.26383 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024, is relaxed. 4.
