ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondent, notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.

2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner and to settle the provident fund claim of the petitioner along with statutory interest.

3. It is case of the petitioner that the petitioner was employed under the second respondent establishment from 2014 to 2021 as Security Guard. After retirement, he applied for withdrawal of provident fund amount, however, the same was rejected stating different reasons. In this regard, the petitioner sent a representation dated 19.12.2025 to the first respondent, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition. 4.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2025 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
