ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to produce the petitioner's lorry bearing No. TN 52 J 0083 and FIR in Crime No.1514 of 2020 on the file of the respondent before the concerned Jurisdiction Court within a week.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent is about to produce the lorry which was seized from the petitioner in pursuant to the Crime No.1514 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 21 (1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is directed the respondent to produce the lorry which was seized from the petitioner in pursuant to the Crime No.1514 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 21 (1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957, before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of .
