Petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging wilful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P. No: 2797 of 2015 dated 04.03.2015.

2. As rightly contended by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, the representation given by the petitioner dated 24.11.2015 is not in consonance with the order passed by this Court in the writ petition. Further more, it is not known as to why the petitioner should refer to the name of the Judge in the respresentation when the order passed by this Court is the order of the High Court of Judicature at Madras.

3. Therefore, on the given facts, no contempt can be entertained.
