O R D E R
The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent to register the last Will and Testament dated 14.03.2019 in accordance with the provisions of the Registration Act.
2. The learned Government Advocate, based on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has not made on-line application for registering the said document and therefore, once, the online application is made, the petitioner's request for registering the said Will and Testament will be considered and appropriate action will be taken on merits and in accordance with law.

3. The said statement of the learned Government Advocate for the respondent is recorded. Consequently, the petitioner is directed to make on-line application for registering her Will and Testament dated 14.03.2019. If such on-line application is received, the respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, without loss of further time, in any event within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said on-line application.
With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of, acordingly. No costs.
