ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.297 of 2019 dated 10.06.2019 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. Mr.M. Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after registration of FIR, it has been referred to Revenue Divisional Officer to initiate proceedings under 145 of Cr.P.C.

3. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, initiate proceedings and the enquiry is pending on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer and there is no question of completing the investigation and file the final report.
