ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 24.01.2022 submitted by the petitioner requesting to conduct proper enquiry and cancel the RERA Approval No.TN/02/Layout/0283/2021 dated 23.08.2021 issued in favour of the respondents 3 to 5 for Plot numbers 1D to 7D comprised in Survey No.146/2 of Sekkadu Village, Poonamallee Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ 2/4

petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 and give an opportunity of hearing to them and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
