ORDER

The respondents 1 & 2, appearing in person, stated that their predecessors in office were unable to comply with the order and after their retirement, the first respondent joined the office of Social Forestry Range, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Tindivanam only in June, 2018 and the second respondent

also took charge on 30th January, 2018. However, since the petitioner joined the office at Tiruvannamalai North Division only on 22.11.2018, the second respondent also cannot be found fault with. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the direction issued by this Court has been duly complied with.

2. Since the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with, accepting the explanation of the respondents that they had taken charge of the posts subsequently, this contempt petition stands closed and the contemnors are discharged.
