For Petitioner : Mr.G.Pavendhan For Respondents: Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, Government Advocate Order This petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2021.

2. The case of the petitioner is that on 30.07.1993, the Revenue Tahsildar issued an assignment patta to the petitioner in S.F.No.1159/12, 1159/13, bearing patta no.468 at Kanchikovil Village, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District and after which, the

petitioner is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said property. While so, the petitioner's brother had unauthorisely included his name in the Chitta and the 2nd respondent also did not conduct any proper enquiry before adding his name. In such circumstances, the petitioner has submitted a representation on 11.10.2021 to the 1st respondent to delete the unauthorised entry and the 1st respondent also forwarded the said representation to the 2nd respondent for passing necessary orders, however till date no order was passed on the said representation. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2021 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame fixed by this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents has no objection for said order being passed.

5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2021 on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to the aggrieved persons, if any and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
