Respondents in both the petitions Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1176/2015/E1 dated 15.05.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to restore and continue to pay the scale of pay that was paid upto April 2015 and not to effect any reduction in the future and subsequent monthly pay and further directing the respondents to return the pay reduced in the month of May, 2015 to the petitioners.
