This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking transfer of I.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2021 in H.M.O.P.No.2671 of 2021 and I.A.Nos.6 S.SOUNTHAR , J.

TR.CMP.Nos.403 & 405 of 2022 rpl & 7 of 2021 in H.M.O.P.No.2688 of 2018 from the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai to any other Family Court in Chennai. 2.The petitioner is seeking Intra District Transfer. When the petitioner has alternate remedy available before the Principal Family Court, this Court is not inclined to entertain this transfer petition. Therefore, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed with liberty to move Principal Family Court Judge, Chennai seeking transfer, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition are also dismissed.
