Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the Post Graduate Medical Seat allotment 2019 published on 27.03.2019 by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to re-do the 1st stage of the All India counselling for PG Medical Courses after applying the 27% reservation for OBC quota to all the seats including the State surrendered seats.

ORDER
The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the Post Graduate Medical Seat allotment 2019 published on 27.03.2019 by the first respondent and to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents to re-do the first stage of the All India counselling for PG Medical Courses after applying the 27% reservation for OBC quota to all the seats including the State surrendered seats.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the issue involved in the writ petition has already been settled by the Hon'ble First Bench of this Court in W.P.Nos.8324 of 2020 etc., batch and hence nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
