This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.10 of 2017 pending on the file of the second respondent Police and to hand over the investigation to any other competent Investigating Officer.

2. Heard Ms.K.Sahithya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned counsel for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Though this application has been filed to transfer the Investigation Officer, now the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that Investigation Officer has already been transferred.

4. In such a view of the matter, transfer of investigation does not arise at all. New Investigation Officer shall expedite the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
