This writ petition is filed seeking a mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to pay arrears of enhanced pension to a tune of Rs.1,64,707/-.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and fourth respondent.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents one to three is present and submitted that in respect of payment of arrears of enhanced pension the proposals were already submitted to the Accountant General and that the fourth respondent has to pass a bill and pay money to the creditor the petitioner.

Perhaps, the amount due to the petitioner could have been paid to him thereby and he has not been evincing any interest. Page No.2 of 4
