ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation to the Inspector of Police, CBCID Police, Namakkal (3rd Respondent herein) in Crime No.207 of 2020 now pending on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is under progress due to COVID-19 pandemic circumstances. The 2nd respondent could not able to complete the investigation. Considering the above facts and circumstances, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the transfer of investigation cannot be ordered and it would affect the entire investigation done by the 2nd respondent. However, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and to file final report within the period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The 1st respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the 2nd respondent and also ensure that the 2nd respondent comply the order passed by this Court.

3. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
