These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.5630 & 5631 of 2023 dated 16.03.2023 that the petitioners shall stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Palakarai Police Station, daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners had signed only for 17 days before the Inspector of Police, Palakarai Police Station.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.5630 & 5631 of 2023 dated 16.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram Town, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
