This petition has been filed praying to quash the FIR in Crime No.173 of 2018, pending on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that a counter complaint was lodged by the respondent in Crime No.172 of 2018 as against other six accused persons under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC and it is pending on the file of the first respondent. respondent is directed to follow the procedure laid down under Section 588 A of the Police Standing Order and to file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
