(Made by Dr.G. JAYACHANDRAN,J.) The order of the State Human Rights Commission dated 18.12.2025 is under challenge in W.P. NO. 1541 of 2026. 2.

In the impugned order, the State Human Rights Commission has directed the Government of Tamil Nadu to pay compensation of Rs.3 lakhs to the complainant's mother within one month from the date of receipt of the copy of the recommendation and recover the same from the writ petitioner as per Rules.
