This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to mutate the name of the petitioner and Santhyavalli in revenue records with respect of SF.No.322/B3A, 322/B3B, 322/B3C, 322/B3D at Poolankinar Revenue Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Thiruppur District, based on the Sale Deed dated 17.08.2021 registered before the Sub Registrar, Udumalpet in Document No.8049 of 2021 and by considering the applications of the petitioner herein dated 07.09.2021, 18.02.2022 and 18.04.2022.

Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for issuance of patta', the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 06.06.2022, the petitioner's representations for issuance of patta were considered and the same were rejected, vide proceedings dated 13.06.2022 in Na.Ka.No.3044/2022/m2 and the same has been served to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. However, petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
