This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned orders dated 4/6/2012 and 3/3/2015 passed by the second and third respondents respectively and consequently, direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful administration and management of the affairs of A/m. Sri Mahalakshmi Amman Thirukkovil, Kodungiyam.

2. Heard Mr.V.P.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) for the respondents.

appearing for the petitioner submitted that O.A.No.12 of 2012 is reserved for orders, on the file of the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment (HR & CE) Department, Coimbatore Division,

4. In such a view of the matter, the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment (HR & CE) Department, Coimbatore Division, Coimbatore, first respondent shall decide O.A.No.12 of 2012, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
