The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide the petitioner with a certified copy of the Order in Original No.84139 / 2021 dated 27.04.2021 said to have been
passed by the second respondent, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 11.04.2022, so as to enable the petitioner to proceed in a manner known to law. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was not provided with a certified copy of the Order in Original No.84139 / 2021 dated 27.04.2021 said to have been passed by the second respondent. In this regard, the petitioner made representation dated 11.04.2022 to the respondents and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2022 and to provide the petitioner with a certified copy of the Order in Original No.84139 / 2021 dated 27.04.2021 said to have been passed by the second respondent, within a reasonable time frame, so as to enable petitioner to prefer appeal before the competent Authority.
4.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2022 and to provide the petitioner with a certified copy of the Order in Original No.84139 / 2021 dated 27.04.2021, passed by the second respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
