This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 3194 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 27.03.2012 passed in Crl.A.No.77 of 2010 by the Additional Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri.

2. Mr. J. Subbiah, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) takes notice of the respondent and he did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
