ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed for the relief of a Mandamus, directing the Respondent to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2024 wherein petitioner sought regularization of his medical leave and earned leave period between 11.06.2018 to 06.09.2020, to grant annual increment from 07.09.2020 onwards and also for fixation of his pay as per 7th pay Commission Recommendation.
2. Though a larger prayer has been sought for in this writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2024.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed off. The respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2024, within a period of 12 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the Court has not made any observation with regard to the merits of the petitioner's claim. No costs.
