This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station every day at 06.30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.193 of 2025 dated 08.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.193 of 2025 dated 08.01..2025 is relaxed.
