This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.03 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 294(b), 420, 465, 468, 506(i) and 120 B of the Indian Penal

Code, (IPC), 1860, as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent police had completed the investigation in Crime No.03 of 2021 and a final report was also filed on 31.07.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Salem.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
