O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the entire records in C.C.No.1 of 2007 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Madurantakam, Kancheepuram District. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3. Today, Ms.P.Samundeeswari, Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Melmaruvathur, is present before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation in Crime No.15 of 2006 has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madurantakam in C.C.No.1 of 2007.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that none of the incident had taken place in Tamil Nadu and that it had taken place at Raipur in Chahtisgarh State.

In view of the above, disputed question of facts cannot be decided in a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
