O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned eviction notice dated 30.01.2009 issued by the second respondent / Forest Range Officer, Tindivanam Range, Viluppuram District, under Section 68A of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act.

2. Though notice for eviction was issued, the department did not proceed further, since this Court, while admitting the writ petition, granted an order of interim stay.

3. It is now, after the notice, the learned Additional Government Pleader(Forest), on instructions, fairly submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the Rules of law will be followed as far as invoking the provision of Section 68A of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act is concerned and that the department, after issuance of fresh notice to the petitioner, would proceed further in accordance with law.

4. Recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader (Forest), the writ petition is closed. No Costs.
