(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379, 430 of IPC read with Sec.21(1) of Mines and Minerals Act in Crime No.1036 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 10.06.2020, the petitioner was found illegally transporting 2 units of gravel sand by using Tipper lorry. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are six previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into account the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
